Meet The Founders
Meet Adam
Adam brings deep experience across corporate learning and international education. He spent seven years as Learning & Development Director for a leading UK recruitment consultancy, where he onboarded junior recruiters and delivered ongoing professional development in addition to managing the graduate programme and designing management workshops to strengthen leadership capability. His programmes covered recruitment methodologies, interview best practice, negotiation, sales, professional communication, and broader soft skills. He also delivered bespoke in-house training for brands including Tesco, Nando’s, and World Duty Free.
Following this, Adam had a six year tenure in Asia, specialising in adult English as a Second Language (ESL) tuition and coaching. As National Head of Teaching for a global education franchise in Vietnam, he led a nationwide teaching team and delivered tailored programmes for corporate clients — from weekly sessions with a manufacturing firm’s Board of Directors to ad-hoc workshops for global brands such as P&G, Orion, and Isuzu. He also delivered soft skills workshops to students at Ho Chi Minh University of Economics and Finance.
In parallel, Adam has delivered over 1,000 hours of one-to-one business and general English coaching to Japanese professionals — many of them senior executives on international assignments — building not just language competence but the cultural fluency needed to communicate with confidence in English-speaking business environments.
