Welcome to Global Career Advantage Ltd (www.globalcareeradvantage.com) (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of the Website and the services provided through it. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree with these T&Cs, please do not use the Website.

  • “We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Global Career Advantage Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16194327 and its registered office at 30a Fenwick Road, London SE15 4HW.
  • “You” or “your” refers to the user of the Website.
  • “Services” refers to the webinars and 50-minute career coaching sessions offered through the Website.
  • “Content” refers to all text, images, and other materials on the Website.
  1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website and purchase our Services. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these T&Cs. You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without our express written permission.
  1. Services

The terms and conditions outlined on this page apply to individuals who book and pay for our standard career coaching sessions and webinars through this website. We also offer bespoke in-house training and C-level executive coaching for corporate clients. These specialized services are subject to separate, individually negotiated contracts. Please contact us directly for more information about these corporate services.

We offer 50-minute career coaching sessions and webinars on career-related topics. The price for each coaching session is £79, inclusive of VAT. Payment is accepted via Visa and Mastercard. Sessions are delivered online via Teams or Skype, as requested by the client. Webinars are also delivered online.

4.1 No Guarantee of Outcome:

By attending a Career Coaching session or a webinar, whether free or paid for, you acknowledge and agree that Global Career Advantage Ltd does not guarantee a successful job or MBA interview, offer of employment, or any degree or MBA offer. Our services are designed to provide guidance, support, and strategies to enhance your career prospects, but the ultimate outcome depends on various factors beyond our control, including but not limited to your individual skills, experience, and market conditions.

5.1 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the session free of charge.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be refunded, but the session can be rescheduled if reasonable prior notice is given that you are unable to attend. We deem 2 hours to be the minimum reasonable notice.
  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without reasonable prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5.2 Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, technical issues or power failures may occasionally occur, which are outside of our control. The following provisions apply to both free webinars and paid coaching sessions:

  • Global Career Advantage Ltd’s Responsibility: If a technical issue or power failure occurs on our end, preventing a Career Coaching session from starting or interrupting a session before its scheduled completion, we will reschedule a full 50-minute session at no additional cost to you, regardless of the duration of the original interruption.
  • Client’s Responsibility: If a technical issue or power failure occurs on your end, preventing you from attending or causing an interruption during a session, no refund or replacement session will be provided. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary technical resources and a stable internet connection to participate in the sessions.
  • Determining Responsibility: In the event of a dispute regarding the cause of a technical issue or power failure, the burden of proof lies with you to provide reasonable evidence that the issue was caused by Global Career Advantage Ltd. We will reasonably cooperate with you in investigating such claims. We recommend testing your internet connection and technical setup before joining any session to minimize the risk of interruptions.
  1. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any Content without our prior written consent.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or relating to your use of the Website or the Services.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or your breach of these T&Cs.
