Adam is a specialist in organisational performance with over 15 years of experience delivering high-impact learning and development across Europe and Asia. Formerly the L&D Director for a leading UK recruitment consultancy where he managed internal graduate programmes and leadership workshops and delivered bespoke skills training for some of the UK’s leading brands. Following six years in Asia as a National Head of Teaching, Adam now leverages his expertise in cultural fluency and behavioural friction to help UK organisations unify multi-generational teams. At Global Career Advantage, he leads the design and facilitation of immersive programmes that translate “soft skills” into measurable professional habits.
